Ajarn Dominique Simmons is the owner and head trainer at Elite Muay Thai. He grew up since a young age training under Jaran "Lun" Pompraseart from the famed Sityodtong Camp in Pattaya,Thailand. Ajarn Dom developed a true passion for the sport and after years of training he competed as amateur and professional Muay Thai Fighter where he fought nationally and internationally. Ajarn Dom is a veteran of 21 fights and now enjoys passing on his knowledge to the next generation of fighters. Ajarn opened Elite Muay Thai in 2005 and to date has trained 20+ state, national and world champions in Muay Thai he has also trained some of the best Muay Thai and currently ranked fighters in the UFC such as Cyrus Washington , Donald "Cowboy" Cerrone and Paul Felder to name a few.

Poo Choi Caressa Simmons is an incredible professional Muay Thai fighter, holding multiple belts and ranking nationally. At Elite she focuses on men's & women's Muay Thai training as well as Fitness & boxing. A powerful & intelligent striker, Caressa instills confidence and motivation in her students.

Kru Brooks Buckelew started out as a student and progressed to professional Muay Thai fighter. A proficient striker, Brooks focuses on technique with students, ensuring they develop a sturdy base of knowledge when starting out.
